You've built the brand. We'll build the system that sells it

SwingUp Founder and CEO Joshua Mafelix was invited to a closed-door meeting with TikTok Philippines’ Country Head for Global Business Solutions, a rare and high-level conversation recognizing standout agency performance on the platform.
In the meeting, TikTok’s leadership praised SwingUp for its growth, agility, and impact on the TikTok Shop ecosystem, stating:
“Even though SwingUp is a young company, you’re already making waves. You’re even outperforming some of the biggest traditional ad agencies in the Philippines.”
The words hit hard for Mafelix, who started SwingUp not from a boardroom, but from personal necessity, with zero funding, no business degree, and a single mission: To help his family during the pandemic, and to empower local entrepreneurs through marketing that actually works.
“I still don’t know what I did to deserve this. All I had was a mission, to help my parents pay off debt, and help business owners grow with clarity and results. To be in that room… it’s surreal,” shared Mafelix in a post following the meeting.
The meeting marks another powerful reminder of SwingUp’s rise, from underdog startup to one of TikTok’s most effective, trusted, and mission-led partners.
