3. Creator Contests & Incentives

  • Ran affiliate competitions and reward-based sales drives. These re-engaged existing partners and attracted new ones, especially during months with otherwise declining reach.

4. Affiliate Reactivation Program

  • Personally reconnected with dormant creators, many of whom resumed active promotion and drove meaningful traffic and sales.

5. Rapid Onboarding of New Creators

  • Doubled the number of creators, giving the brand broader reach and varied content angles.
